Continuous Strategic Partnership
& C-Suite Access
Two Ways We Keep You Moving Forward
Once your Brand Bible is complete, strategic partnership becomes available through 90-day accountability sessions and discipline-specific orchestration.
90-DAY STRATEGIC SESSIONS
What happens:
In your Brand Bible strategy session, we identify 2-4 priority action items for the next 90 days. You execute those actions. We reconvene in 90 days to assess progress and set the next priorities.
Why 90 days?
If you didn't complete the actions, they weren't important enough - we reassess priorities together. If you did complete them, we identify the next 2-4 actions. This keeps strategic momentum without wasting time on tasks that don't matter.
No subscriptions. No retainers. Pay per session.
C-SUITE ORCHESTRATION
When strategic initiatives require deeper expertise, we engage C-suite level consultants in your chosen discipline. They develop top-line strategy aligned to your Brand Bible. We assess it together, then connect you to vetted execution resources from my network.
The orchestration model:
- C-suite consultant engagement - Pre-vetted specialist develops strategy for your discipline
- Strategy assessment - We evaluate together, revise if needed
- Execution orchestration - I connect you to vetted resources for implementation
- Quality oversight - I oversee from sidelines, ensuring alignment to Brand Bible

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to get a Brand Bible first?
Yes. C-suite consultants develop strategies aligned to your Brand Bible. 90-day sessions identify action items based on your documented foundation. Without that, we're back to guessing.
What if I only want 90-day sessions, not C-suite orchestration?
Many clients start with 90-day accountability sessions and add discipline-specific orchestration when they're ready. You control the pace.
What if I skip a 90-day session?
No problem. You're not locked into anything. Book the next session when you're ready to set new priorities. You're in control.
Do I pay consultants directly or through you?
Through me. The fixed fee covers consultant engagement, strategy assessment with me, execution resource connections, and ongoing oversight. One relationship, one fee per discipline.
Can I choose multiple disciplines at once?
Absolutely. Some clients tackle sales + marketing together. Others start with one discipline, assess results, then add more. We discuss priorities in your Brand Bible strategy session or any 90-day check-in.
What if I don't like the consultant's strategy?
That's why we assess together. If the strategy doesn't align with your reality or goals, we revise before moving to execution. You approve the strategy before we proceed.
What happens if execution isn't up to scratch?
I oversee quality from the sidelines. If execution resources aren't delivering, I step in to address it. You're not managing suppliers alone - that's part of the orchestration.
Can I use my own execution resources?
Yes. If you have trusted partners or internal capacity for execution, we can work with them. The value is in C-suite strategy + oversight, not forcing you into my network.
Ready for Ongoing Strategic Partnership?
